Charles Fowles

my journey as an artists stemmed at high school. i would use my break time to go draw and look up artists who intrigued me.
I ended up studying art and design at Stratford Upon-Avon College and later gaining my BaHonours degree in contempoary art
at Hereford Higher education centre. My paintings came from small drawings that I would later expand onto a canvas.
I enjoy abstaining from using brushes and stick to creating them only by hand. I paint anything that comes to
mind. Allowing my ideas to Have a complete free flow expression. the end result i want them to feel powerful and
energised with colour.

I've been embarking upon large scale oil pastel on canvas taking two to three years to complete.
